Yoga & Pilates have become a staple in my routine. I follow Boho Beautiful and use their youtube videos for meditation, yoga and pilates. Their story is inspirational, so I not only love their yoga and meditation practices, but I respect their ethics and convictions as well.
How do I start?
I use a yoga mat, but you certainly don’t need one. Just find a room with some space to spread out and grab a bottle of water to get started. I recommend diffusing essential oils before starting. You can even put some of the oil on the bottoms of your feet to increase the benefits.

The power of setting the space for your yoga practice is essential in maintaining mental peace and clarity. Some of my favorites to are:
Stress Away – I love diffusing this oil. It has a combo of lime and vanilla which makes it one of my favorite scents. But, it also includes Copaiba which has properties found in the cannabis plant. Lavender and Ceadarwood are also in this blend which when combined, promote a stress relieving experience.
Valor – I use this oil topically on my feet and on my neck. A unique blend of Black Spruce, Blue Tansy, Camphor Wood, Geranium, and Frankincense – it is perfect when facing a challenging day or needing that extra boost in your workout. Everyone I know who uses this oil is obsessed with it!
