Frankincense oil – this has quickly become a favorite of mine. It is said to promote deeper spirituality. I use it while meditating and journaling. I notice a huge difference; it’s is a really powerful oil.
Copaiba oil – this topical oil contains beta-caryophyllene which is an abundant terpene found in cannabis. If you use CBD, you’ll love this! It has helped my anxiety, and overall mental health.
